The firm

Auxys is a multidisciplinary consultancy working through specialist resourcing and interim management. Five fields, a short chain of command, and consultants who work directly at your sites.

How we began

Auxys grew out of a simple conviction: consulting should be human, committed and as close as possible to what happens on the ground.

That approach is carried by its two directors, one from running complex projects, the other from leading professional services companies. They know what is at stake operationally, the requirements clients work to and the daily reality of projects. That grounding lets us offer practical answers that can be acted on straight away.

For clients and consultants alike, Auxys remains a firm on a human scale, committed to high-stakes projects.

Career management for our consultants is at the heart of our approach: an identified point of contact, regular conversations about their path, and assignments chosen with them to match their skills and ambitions.

  • One contact from start to finish The same person scopes your need, selects the consultants and follows the assignment to its end.
  • From advice through to delivery One team supports you from the first assessment through to go-live.
  • Five fields, one contract Engineering, finance, supply chain, procurement and digital: five disciplines on the same project, under a single contract.

The directors

Two directors run Auxys together. Both carry the client relationship and the running of the firm, and each brings his own technical fields: engineering for Cédric, and finance, supply chain, procurement and information systems for Kevin.

Cédric Carretero, director of Auxys

Cédric CARRETERO

An engineering graduate of ECAM Lyon, Cédric has spent sixteen years leading multi-discipline engineering projects and contracts (energy, nuclear and commercial buildings) within major industrial groups. He brings that field expertise to clients who expect rigour and commitment from the people they bring in.

Kevin Nadin, director of Auxys

Kevin NADIN

A chemical engineer who went on to business school, Kevin has spent fourteen years running profit centres and companies. He brings Auxys a results-driven culture forged on the ground, a deep grasp of commercial priorities and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and consultants.

Our values

These values are personal first: they are those of the two directors, forged in the field, and those that each of our consultants carries with us. They are our compass: they guide how we work, how we commit and how we build trust with our clients and our employees alike, and they are the basis of the trust placed in us. We live them before we write them.

Proximity

On the ground, with you

We know your disciplines from the inside. That proximity lets us understand exactly what you need, secure your projects early on and support our consultants as well as we can.

Partnership

Moving forward together, succeeding together

We build solid relationships, founded on transparency, rigour and alignment with everyone’s objectives.
